Audacity Video Tutorial Script

Hello, thank you for joining us.   Today we are going to have a quick video tutorial over Audacity.  Audacity is a free audio editor.  It is available for Windows and for Mac.  If you go to Google and type Audacity download it will take you to the webpage that will allow you to download the file you need.  If we look into the program, we have six main functions at the top of the page.  They are the pause button, play button, stop button, skip to the beginning and skip to the end, and record.  It is a very simple program.  If we click the record button, it will record our voice.  When we are finished talking, we click the stop button.  Go to File and we have two options to choose from.  The Save Project As allows us to save our audio file.  As a side note, if you choose this you can only use your audio file in Audacity.  We are going to choose the Export option.  This will allow us to use our Audacity file in any program.  We will give the file a name.  We can choose where we would like to save it and it has several format options.  Click Save and your audio file has been created.  Thank you for your time.  I hope that you enjoyed it.
